Training and Development
Arise Security Sevices Limited provides basic disciplinary training to all our security personal and office staff. That includes front-line management, time management, conflict solution, grooming, dressing, behaving, and subordination as well as effective communication reporting and handling of radios and mobile phones. We train all the employees before they take their initial duties and make sure that our security personal is kept abreast of development in the profession.
It is also our policy to encourage all our personal that we start our day with Morning Prayer and closing prayer at the end of every shift after all activities. We encourage our employees and security guards to be honest and discharge their duties with diligence at all times. We also strongly promote zero tolerance in insubordination and workplace harassment so every individual can feel free to exercise their rights in executing their professions.
Insurance
It is our policy that all our employees and properties are insured before discharging their duties. In case of deaths, injuries, default due to incidents while on official duty, we will assess the cause and claim the insurance on behalf of our employees and properties. Our clients will not be responsible.
